Terms and Conditions:

1. If you choose to use the AgapeWeb Express Headline Service the Service"), you will be agreeing to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement between you and the AgapePress division of the American Family Association, Inc. ("AgapePress"). Contact AgapePress at: editor@agapepress.org. 2. The Service will provide streaming headlines, with particular emphasis on news of interest to Christians, that are updated automatically every weekday. Each headline will provide a link to a news story on the AgapePress website. You can place the streaming headlines anywhere you want on your website and can tailor to match the "look" of your website. The Service will be provided in the default format of a 10-point Arial typeface on a white background, which you may tailor as desired. You will have the option of inserting HTML code to generate either a bulleted or unbulleted list of headlines. 3. AgapePress may change, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time, but if it does so, it will post such changes on the Service, or send them to you via e-mail. AgapePress may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database, or content. AgapePress may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability, other than to refund any unused portion of your subscription fee (if applicable). 4. All materials published on the Service ("the Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by AgapePress or the party credited as provider of the content. 5. AgapePress shall not be liable for delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the Content or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part of the Service, or for any damages arising therefrom. THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. 6. As part of the registration process, you will give us certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. A portion of the registration information will be your e-mail address and URL of the hosting page, which will be added to a database for monitoring usage of the Service. You may not select or use an e-mail address or URL of another person or organization with the intent to impersonate that person or organization, or use an e-mail address or URL in which another person or organization has rights without such person’s or organization's authorization. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e-mail. You shall promptly notify AgapePress of any known or suspected unauthorized use of the Content.
